Robot cell Type PP for secondary and final packaging

The robot cell Type PP is designed for collective packing of products in the area of final packaging. Pre-positioned products / boxes are infed individually or in collected form and placed in the carton provided. By using a linear axis system, large differences in height are possible with very compact designs, for example, multi-layered packaging of products in high shipping cartons. The products are infed with the help of a belt conveyor and, depending on the application, singly positioned or collected in a compartment belt. Alternatively, the compartment belt can be designed as a carrier system. Depending on the power supplied, several linear axis systems are used, which then are able to pick and place both on the product side and the packaging side in single and multi-rows.

The robot cell Type FlexRo is designed for the collective packaging of unpacked and primary packaged products. Pre-positioned products / boxes are infed individually or in collected form and placed in the carton/ display tray provided. By using a 6-axis robot, all possible packing patterns are possible. The products are infed with the help of a belt conveyor and, depending on the application, singly positioned or collected in a compartment belt. Alternatively, the compartment belt can be designed as a carrier system. Depending on the power supplied, several robots are used, which then are able to pick and place both on the product side and the packaging side in single and multi-rows.
